By using Thoughtful, you agree to these terms.
What Thoughtful is
A personal relationship journal designed to help you stay in touch with the people you care about. Thoughtful is provided as-is. We do our best to make it work, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or perfect.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the data you enter about other people. Don't use Thoughtful to track people without their general awareness.
- Don't use Thoughtful to harass, harm, or stalk anyone. We will block accounts and shared payloads that do.
- You're responsible for keeping your device secure.
What we provide
- The app itself, including nudges, the relationship graph, and the server pieces required for AI suggestions and profile sharing.
- Reasonable effort to maintain availability and improve the product over time.
Limitations
- Thoughtful is not a substitute for professional mental health, relationship, or therapeutic support.
- We can update these terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
Termination
You can stop using Thoughtful at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your data within the app. Because there are no accounts, uninstalling removes your journal from our reach entirely.
